Instructions for Contractors

   For Form-1

1.Please attach  Photocopy of CGRRDA Registration Certificate & PAN No. attested by gazetted Officer. 

2. Form-1 should be duly signed by the concerning PIU. 

For Form-2

1. Form -2 should be duly signed by the Branch Manager

2. While entering the IFSC code alphabetical O and numerical 0 should be clearly differentiated.
